they're planned.

01.

CONNECT

Complete a Trip Design Form so we can get an idea of your perfect adventure. Afterwards, we’ll set up a complimentary consultation to further discuss your needs and figure out if we’re a good fit. We’ll talk about your vision and must-haves, as well as our fees and timelines.

When you’re ready to move forward, you’ll pay your travel management fee (starting at $250; non-refundable) and we get to work.

02.

DESIGN

The magic begins! We’ll start researching and designing your dream journey, taking into account your must haves and absolutely not’s. When we think we’ve gotten it just right, you’ll receive a completely custom itinerary with a per person price. We’ll then work together to fine tune the details.

03.

CONFIRM

Once you approve the proposal, we’ll move forward with booking. We’ll discuss cancellation policies, payment schedules, travel insurance, entry requirements, and any other questions you have. 

You’ll receive your updated digital itinerary with additional destination information to help you prepare for departure.

04.

DEPART

Approximately 3 – 4 weeks prior to your departure, you’ll receive your final documents which will include specific timings, transfer information, emergency contacts, etc. All that’s left for you to do is pack your bags and go!

During your trip, we’ll be available 24/7 via phone or email so you can have a seamless journey. 

Travel Management Fee

We work on a fee plus commission basis. That means  you’ll spend the exact same amount of money on your trip with or without our service, the only additional expense is the upfront Travel Management Fee below.

Our Travel Management Fee covers the time necessary to research and manage your travel while maintaining a high standard of quality service.  

Your first consultation is free, then the following fees are required per service:

Custom Trip Planning

  • Up to 7 Days = $250 flat fee up to 2 travelers
  • 8 to 14 Days = $350 flat fee up to 2 travelers
  • Over 14 Days = Dependent on itinerary

Additional travelers will require an additional fee


Land Tours and Extensions

  • $250 per trip


Additional advisory fees may be dependent on the level of assistance you require, but we’ll be sure to always communicate any additional fees up front.

All fees are non-refundable.
